Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant - Long Term Care (CNA-LTC)

Job Summary:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant in Long Term Care, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses. You will assist residents with daily activities, document patient information, and ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all residents.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

2. Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff

3. Help residents with mobility and transferring to and from beds and wheelchairs

4. Provide emotional support and companionship to residents

5. Follow care plans and communicate any concerns or issues to the nursing team

6. Maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents

7. Assist with feeding and hydration of residents as needed

Requirements

2+ Years of LTC Experience - Required
BLS (AHA) - Required
IL CNA License - Required
