Job Title: Emergency RN
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Emergency Registered Nurse to join our fast-paced emergency department team. The ideal candidate will be able to provide high-quality care to patients in emergency situations and respond quickly and efficiently to medical emergencies.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assess and prioritize patient needs in emergency situations
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
- Monitor and record patient vital signs
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and follow-up care
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in emergency medicine
Qualifications and Skills:
- Current RN license in the state of practice
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an emergency department setting
- BLS and ACLS certification
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to remain calm and focused in high-stress situations
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
