Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Med/Surg department. The ideal candidate will provide quality nursing care to patients experiencing acute or chronic medical conditions. Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Monitor patient vital signs and medication administration
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and their families on disease management and treatment options
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid RN license in the state of practice
- BLS certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical/surgical setting
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
