Job Title: RN- Dialysis
Job Summary:
As a Registered Nurse specializing in Dialysis, you will be responsible for providing care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment. You will monitor vital signs, assess patient condition, administer medications, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients with kidney disease.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Administer dialysis treatments according to prescribed protocols
- Monitor patient vital signs and assess for any changes in condition
- Educate patients and their families on dialysis treatment and self-care techniques
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Ensure the safe and effective operation of dialysis equipment
Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid RN license
- BLS certification
- Prior experience in dialysis nursing preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly stressful environment
- Attention to detail and strong critical thinking skills
