Job title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team and provide services to patients with physical injuries or illnesses. The Physical Therapist will work with patients to help them regain movement and manage pain, ultimately improving their quality of life.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Evaluate patients' physical condition and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure progress
- Provide hands-on therapy to improve mobility and relieve pain
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques for ongoing care
- Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare professionals as needed
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field
- Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
