Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) ICU
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team. The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality care to critically ill patients while working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Monitor and assess patient conditions in the ICU
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Implement and evaluate patient care plans
- Provide support and education to patients and their families
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid RN license in the state of practice
- BLS and ACLS certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an ICU setting
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
