Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with physical impairments, promoting mobility and overall wellness. As a Physical Therapist, you will work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans, monitor progress, and provide education on injury prevention and rehabilitation exercises.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Evaluate patients' physical abilities and limitations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities
- Monitor patients' progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients on proper body mechanics and injury prevention
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Document patient progress and treatment in medical records
- Stay current on advancements in physical therapy techniques and technology
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Prior experience in a clinical setting preferred
- CPR certification
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing physical therapy practice
