Job Title: Mammographer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Mammographer to join our team. The Mammographer will be responsible for performing mammography exams and ensuring high-quality imaging results for accurate diagnosis and treatment of patients. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Perform mammography exams using specialized imaging equipment
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during the procedure
- Maintain accurate patient records and imaging results
- Work closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide timely and accurate diagnoses
- Follow established protocols and guidelines for performing mammography exams
- Participate in quality assurance and control activities to ensure the accuracy and reliability of imaging results
Qualifications and Skills:
- Associate's degree or higher in Radiologic Technology or a related field
- ARRT certification in Mammography
- State licensure or certification as required
- Strong technical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
