Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide quality care to patients experiencing physical disabilities or limitations due to injury, illness, or other causes. You will work with patients to develop treatment plans and exercise programs to improve mobility, reduce pain, and promote overall wellness.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Evaluate patients' physical abilities and limitations
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs
- Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve patients' mobility and strength
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients on proper techniques for at-home exercises
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records
Qualifications and Skills:
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with patients of all ages and backgrounds
- Knowledge of physical therapy techniques and best practices
- CPR certification
