Job Title: RN Med-surg Adult
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN Med-surg Adult to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide quality care to adult patients in a medical-surgical setting. This position requires critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assess and evaluate adult patients' medical conditions
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs
- Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatment plans
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must have a valid RN license
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical-surgical setting
- BLS certification required, ACLS certification preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in electronic health record systems
