**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with patients to help them improve their mobility, alleviate pain, and prevent further injury. The Physical Therapist will develop personalized treatment plans and provide ongoing support to help patients achieve their goals.
**Responsibilities and Duties:**
- Evaluate patients' physical condition and create treatment plans accordingly
- Utilize various techniques and modalities to assist patients in achieving optimal physical functioning
- Teach patients exercises and stretches to improve strength, flexibility, and range of motion
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients
**Qualifications and Skills:**
- New graduates will not be accepted.
- Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Prior experience in a clinical setting is preferred
