Job Title: Travel RN-Medsurg
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Travel RN-Medsurg to join our team for temporary assignments in hospitals across the country. As a Medsurg nurse, you will provide direct patient care, assess patients' needs, administer medications, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide holistic nursing care to adult medical-surgical patients
- Administer medications and monitor patients for any adverse reactions
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and their families on managing their conditions and medications
- Monitor and assess patient progress and update medical records accordingly
Qualifications and Skills:
- Active RN license in the state of practice
- Minimum of 1 year of Medsurg nursing experience
- BLS and PALS certifications required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel and work in different healthcare settings
