Job title: Speech Therapist SLP
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Speech Therapist SLP to join our team. The Speech Therapist will be responsible for providing evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment services to individuals with speech and language disorders. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong desire to help clients improve their communication abilities.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct evaluations to assess clients' speech and language abilities
- Develop individualized treatment plans to address clients' specific needs
- Provide therapy sessions to improve clients' speech and language skills
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, educators, and family members to achieve optimal outcomes for clients
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of clients' progress
- Maintain productivity standards as expected by Director of Rehab or Administrator.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Texas Speech Therapy License mandatory
- Ability to work effectively with clients of all ages and backgrounds
- Experience working with individuals with a variety of speech and language disorders
