Job Title: Certified Surgical Technologist - Operating Room (CST-OR)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Certified Surgical Technologist to join our dynamic Operating Room team. The ideal candidate will assist surgeons during operations by preparing and sterilizing equipment, ensuring a safe and efficient surgical environment, and providing support to the surgical team.
Responsibilities and Duties: 1. Prepare and arrange surgical equipment and instruments before and during surgical procedures. 2. Assist surgeons during operations by passing instruments and supplies, holding retractors, and anticipating their needs. 3. Maintain a sterile field during surgeries to prevent infections and ensure patient safety. 4. Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure smooth and efficient workflow in the Operating Room. 5. Help transport patients to and from the Operating Room and assist with positioning on the operating table.

Qualifications and Skills:
1. Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST).
2. Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
3. Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and sterile techniques.
4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
5. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
