Job Summary:
The Certified Surgical First Assistant (CSFA) is responsible for assisting surgeons during surgical procedures by providing support in various aspects of the operation. The CSFA helps with patient positioning, preparing the surgical site, and handling surgical instruments. They ensure that the operating room is set up properly and assist with post-operative clean-up.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Assist surgeons during surgical procedures

3. Handle surgical instruments and equipment

Qualifications and Skills:
1. Certified Surgical First Assistant (CSFA) certification
2. Completion of an accredited surgical first assistant program

5. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
6. Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
7. Knowledge of surgical instruments and equipment
8. Physical stamina and dexterity to assist with surgeries
