Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled RN Med Surg to join our team. The RN Med Surg will be responsible for providing quality patient care in a medical-surgical setting. This includes assessing patient health needs, implementing appropriate nursing care plans, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assessing patient health conditions and needs
- Developing and implementing nursing care plans
- Administering medications and treatments
- Monitoring and evaluating patient responses to care
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
- Educating patients and their families on disease prevention and management
- Maintaining accurate patient medical records
- Ensuring a safe and clean environment for patients
Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid RN license
- 1+ years of experience in a medical-surgical setting
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- BLS and ACLS certification
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
