Job Title: MLT/Microbiologist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced MLT/Microbiologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting microbiological analysis on a variety of samples, including food, water, and environmental samples. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Perform microbiological testing on samples using a variety of methods and techniques
- Interpret test results and prepare detailed reports
- Maintain accurate records of testing procedures and results
- Follow established protocols and procedures for handling and processing samples
- Assist in the development of new testing methods and procedures
- Work closely with other team members to ensure accurate and timely testing results
- Keep up to date with current industry trends and developments in microbiology
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or Microbiology
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting
- Strong understanding of microbiological principles and techniques
- Experience with aseptic technique and microbiological testing methods
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
