Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team and help patients recover from injuries, improve their mobility, and manage pain. The successful candidate will work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans and monitor their progress over time.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Evaluate and assess patients' physical condition and needs
- Develop customized treatment plans to address each patient's specific goals
- Utilize a variety of techniques, exercises, and equipment to help patients improve their mobility and strength
- Educate patients on proper techniques for stretching and strengthening exercises
- Monitor patients' progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
- Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other members of the healthcare team
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience working with patients of all ages and physical abilities
- Knowledge of best practices in physical therapy and rehabilitation
